CLDP, in partnership with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), virtually hosted the Second SCCA Arabic Moot Competition targeting students in universities of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) studying to earn a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law.

In collaboration with Bangladesh's Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Authority, CLDP held a workshop on PPP termination for the Bangladeshi line ministries.

On March 30, CLDP, in cooperation with the Dominican Confederation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, conducted a consultation focused on identifying issues and potential solutions in the country’s current public procurement law that impacts small businesses.

CLDP, along with INSOL International and the World Bank Group, hosted the second Live Judicial Forum broadcast the next iteration of its live quarterly forums, providing a platform for the judiciary to discuss current issues facing courts and judges in insolvency cases.

CLDP, in coordination with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Armenia’s State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC), held a capacity building webinar focused on best practices in identifying and preventing abuse of dominance.
